Location Onboarding

• Your first step as a new member is to get familiar with our facilities and equipment
• Please schedule a new member onboarding/ tour by emailing info@dfwsurf.com attention:  New Member Onboarding.  The tour is a 20 minute process which will include new member paddle stroke analysis and facility tour
• You will pick up your new member tank top and you will also receive your important 4 digit combo code to access equipment that is locked (if you have a summer membership plan we will give you our online booking promo code)

Signing up for Classes and Tours

90% of classes and tours are free as a member including Yoga, Fitness, Women’s Wednesdays, Paddle and a Pint, Fireworks Paddle Tour and more.  It is very important that you sign up for class so that we know you are coming.  A lot of our classes sell out too.  It is a pretty simple process from your mobile phone:

Step 1:  Go to dfwsurf.com
Step 2:  Click on your Location-  Grapevine, Frisco, Little Elm
Step 3:  Click on your Class or Tour.  Sign up with your Contact Info
Step 4:  Use your club member special promo code (ask a Manager) which will change the price from $45 to $0

Surf Sessions

Besides paddlesports and biking we offer a great opportunity to experience the sport of wakesurfing.  Our club pre-requisite is that you know how to surf (you can let go of the rope and surf) which usually takes a class or two as a beginner (we offer classes at our Grapevine and Frisco locations).  Once you have a coaches approval you can then hop in one of our weekly “Surf Sessions.”

• After using your promo code the cost is $30 for a Surf Session
• Booking Policy-  Due to the popularity and the limited number of participants our policy is that you can only sign up for Surf Sessions for the upcoming week.  If the session for the upcoming week is already full, you are able to sign up for the next week’s session in advance
• Cancellation Policy-  Surfing is about committing to the wave.  If you sign up for a session but are unable to make it, we cannot re-schedule nor refund your booking.  You can however reach out and find a replacement (posting up on our Club Facebook page works).
