Welcome to DFW SURF! By accessing or using our website, services, classes, rentals, events, and locations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. General Use
DFW SURF provides outdoor fitness and recreation services including but not limited to paddleboarding, wakesurfing, eFoiling, lessons, classes, rentals, events, and merchandise. Participation in any activity is at your own risk and subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our activities. All participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any physical activity.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Reservations: Bookings must be made in advance online or via our designated booking platform (e.g., FareHarbor).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity to receive a full refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment.
Weather Policy: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, DFW SURF may cancel or reschedule your booking. You will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
4. Safety & Conduct
Participants must follow all instructions given by DFW SURF staff.
Personal flotation devices (PFDs) must be worn where required.
Alcohol, drugs, or any substance impairing judgment are strictly prohibited before or during any activity.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves, others, or our equipment.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in any DFW SURF activity, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with water sports and outdoor activities. You agree to release DFW SURF, its owners, employees, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.
6. Equipment Use & Damage
You are responsible for the proper care of any equipment rented or used during your session. Damages beyond normal wear and tear, or lost equipment, may result in repair or replacement fees.
7. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant DFW SURF permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during your participation for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through bookings or interactions with DFW SURF is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
DFW SURF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
