We’re hiring energetic, reliable team members to join our Little Elm crew for the upcoming season at DFW Surf! If you love being outdoors, working around the water, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect seasonal job for you.

This role is ideal for students, active individuals, and anyone looking for a weekend job that doesn’t feel like work.

• No prior surf experience required — we provide training.
• Weekend availability is required, with the season beginning April 1.
• Starting pay: $12+/hour, with opportunities to grow throughout the season.
