FAQ- Frequently Asked Questions:
- Is there a guest pass, can i bring friends for free? Once you take our Paddle Level 2 Class, then you can bring friends for free their first time. Guests of members can enjoy a 20% off discounted rate at any time (members will receive a special promo code for guests to use for online bookings)
- Will membership rates go up every year? Your monthly or yearly rates will not change! You are grand-fathered-in and you will maintain the same rates as when you signed up. If you cancel and then re-join at a later date you will have to re-join at our current rates. Members can also upgrade or downgrade their plans and maintain these same rates
- Do I need to reserve my board online? Yes and No. Yes if it is a weekend May-August because we get busy. No any other time, you can just show up and grab equipment and get on the water via your yearly equipment code. All classes must be booked online- don’t forget to use your club member promo code. We encourage you to take our Level 2 class because these boards are always available, no reservation needed
Cancellation Policy for Paddleboarding:
- No Call/ No Show/ No Email = $10 Charge (charge will be made via the credit card you have on file)
- Member of the Year Award- will be awarded to the most active member with 0 cancellations

Wake-Surfing/ Surf Sessions:
- Pre-Requisite- you have to know how to surf in order to take part in a weekly Surf Session (able to let go of the rope and surf for 20 seconds). Most members take our Beginner Surf Class
- Cancellation Policy- if you are a Surf Member who takes part in our weekly wakesurfing sessions there is a strict cancellation policy. Once you have booked your spot then you have committed to the wave! We will not refund, but you can reach out to another member who can take your spot (use our Club Facebook page). Boat will depart right on time as listed. We will not refund for being late
- Boat Charters- Member charters are available anytime for a discounted rate of $400 for 2 hours (includes gas, boards, boat and boat captain)
